Full Day bookings are 12 hours.
Member Benefits
Members receive 15% off eligible studio hire, plus 1 studio hour included each month.
What's Included
Your booking includes access to the space you've reserved — Sanctuary, Workshop, or both if you've booked Full Studio — along with our equipment and air conditioning, and time within your slot for setup and pack-down.
Deposit
A £30 refundable security deposit applies to every standard booking — separate from your hire price. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your bank details.
The deposit may be retained, wholly or in part, to cover damage, excessive cleaning, overtime or a breach of the booking terms. It is not a cleaning charge.
Event Hire
The Sanctuary is the main event space. Workshop access may also be available depending on your setup.
From £450 for the minimum 4-hour booking: £350 Full Studio hire + £50 cleaning fee + £50 refundable security deposit.
Longer bookings follow the standard Full Studio duration rates.
