The Client – Any individual, firm, or company engaging with JD Content Studios, including any employee or representative of such a firm or company.

1. Introduction

Welcome to JD Content Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our studio spaces or using our website jdcontentstudios.co.uk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

We provide studio hire, which may be booked per hour, in blocks, or as a full day.

Bookings can be made online through our booking system.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

  • We accept card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and any other methods listed at checkout.

  • Promotional codes (if available) must be applied at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Bookings can also be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

5. Studio Usage Policy

  • Clients are responsible for the studio space during their booking.

  • Any damages, excessive mess, or misuse will result in additional charges.

  • Please respect the agreed booking times — set-up and pack-down must be within your slot.

  • Smoking, illegal activities, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

  • For event bookings: please note that only the studio space is provided. Chairs, tables, PA systems, or other event equipment are not included.

6. Food & Beverage

  • The Client must not bring any hot food or hot drinks to the premises without prior notification to staff.

  • Alcohol is strictly forbidden at JD Content Studios.

  • JD Content Studios reserves the right to refuse bookings or terminate use of the space if alcohol is brought onto the premises.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Clients are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.

  • JD Content Studios is not liable for injury or accidents occurring during use of the studios.

8. Termination

JD Content Studios reserves the right to terminate any booking if The Client breaches these Terms.

If a client acts aggressively, disrespectfully, or abusively towards staff, JD Content Studios may immediately cancel the booking and refuse future bookings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
