Studio Usage Policy

Smoking, drugs and alcohol are not permitted within the premises. We ask that you respect UK law and values at all times

Children are welcome, but please note:
– The space is not child-proof.
– Furniture & décor are delicate.
– Kids must be supervised at all times.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Bookings start and end precisely at your reserved time.

Exiting the studio later than the allocated time will result in a loss of the deposit. Please ensure all activities, setup, and pack-down are completed within your booked time.

Broken or damaged items will be invoiced. Please report damages immediately by contacting admin@jdcontentstudios.co.uk

Pets are allowed if pre-booked. An additional £50 cleaning fee will be added.

Make sure you select the “Refundable pet security deposit” during checkout.

Free Wi-Fi for all studio guests. Instructions will be provided via email once the booking is confirmed.

Max of 5 people allowed in either studio. Please, let us know during the checkout if you will be hosting more than 5 people.

A £30 deposit is required as part of every booking. 

A £50 deposit is required if you are bringing a pet.

This covers any overtime, cleaning or damage. The deposit is fully refunded if the client leaves on time and the studio is left in its original state.

When booking the studio for events, please note that the hire includes the space only. We do not provide chairs, tables, PA systems, or any other event equipment. If required, these must be arranged and brought in by the client.
