Yes, a £30 deposit is required as part of every booking.

This covers any overtime, cleaning or damage. The deposit is fully refunded if the client leaves on time and the studio is left in its original state.

Note, the client must provide bank details to return deposit within 14 days of their booking ending or the deposit is forfeited.

Free on-street is available all through the day.

Note on Friday between 13:30 to 15:30 the area gets busy due to community activities.

Yes, but please supervise as the space is not child-proof.

Yes. This is for the security of our client first and foremost. It is for protection of assets, resolving disputes, and providing peace of mind for all those people accessing the studio. The footage recorded by the CCTV is kept for a period of 30 days before it is deleted.

Yes, if the studio is available at the time, you can extend your booking. Please contact us at admin@jdcontentstudios.co.uk

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

All changes are managed through the members portal (panel). To access the portal, please use the email link provided at the time of booking.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Exiting the studio later than your allocated booking time will result in the loss of your deposit. Please ensure all setup and pack-down are completed within your reserved slot to avoid additional charges.

The sanctuary and the workshop have separate entrances. Instructions on how to access the individual studios will be provided via email once the booking is confirmed.

Note there is no lift available at the studio unfortunately. Additionally, provided shoe covers must be worn at all times except for models appearing on camera while shooting.

There is a damage fee for stains.

Yes absolutely. However please no dragging, it must be lifted carefully or rolled if wheels are attached. Also Furniture and decors need to be moved back to their original place before leaving the studio.

Pets are welcome however a higher security deposit of £50 is required which will be refunded after your session if no damage occurs.

You must select the “Pet-Friendly Studio Deposit” option when you book.

Event bookings include the space only. No chairs, tables, PA system, or event equipment are provided.

All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your desired start time. This ensures we have enough time to prepare the studio and confirm your session. Same-day bookings are not available.
